02. Students-led project
students who are involved in courses conducted by LCL Campus participate in a student-led project, which can take the form of a community development project, a concert, or a large-scale event. This hand on experience allows students to apply their leadership skills, teamwork, event management capabilities, organizing skills, problem solving skills and creativity.
03. Workshops and seminar
To support students’ academic and professional development, LCL Campus conducts various skills enhancement workshop and seminars throughout their academic year. Workshops on personal grooming and professional etiquette, academic writing and research methods, entrepreneurship workshops and presentation skills seminars ensue that students are not only academically strong, but also professionally ready for the corporate world.
04. Field visit
Industry exposure is a key component in our programms. Students participate in field visit to leading corporations, financial institutions and entrepreneurial hubs where they can gain valuable insight to business operations, processes and corporate culture. These field visits ensure bridging the gap between theory and practical application, helping students to understand how business functions in the real world.
05. Trip/ Hike/ Day out
To promote team bonding, wellbeing and adventure, students participate in trip/ hike/day out organized by the institution. These activities provide are refreshing break from academic life and offer students and opportunity to explore nature, develop resilience and strengthen friendships.
06. Cultural and social events
Cultural diversity is celebrated through various festivals and social events that brings students together in a vibrant and inclusive environment. These events provide an opportunity for students to experience and appreciate different cultural traditions, fostering unity and mutual respect. Through the events such as New Year festival, Vesak festival, Tai-Pongal, Ramadan and Christmas students develop a sense of cultural awareness, teamwork and community engagement.
